Jill Smith was in her home office working on prelien documents for her husband’s construction company when the lightbulb came on. Being in the thick of things, she had a firsthand understanding of the hardships that contractors and suppliers go through. She knew she needed to do something to help so she decided to take the leap and start her own business.
In 2000, Titan Lien Services was born.
Titan’s story is set in humble beginnings. Jill grew her business from home until demand for her services grew so large that she had to expand her operations. She wanted to keep prices low and quality of service high so, as she started to bring on employees, she had her team work out of a converted garage to keep overhead low.
In 2007, she launched her innovative client portal that was among the first of its kind.
Today, our team has grown in strength and numbers and, 16 years later, we’re working in a real office space, we’ve built an unstoppable team, and every day we develop genuine relationships with each of our valued clients. With reliable customer service and personal attention as the foundation of our business, we strive to be the best lien services company out there.
